Hmmm not sure what happened but was feeling super tired on Monday (3Feb). I sus got fever just that I never take temperature but I just KO-ed and slept through the night.
After that felt slightly better. But I just stick to soupy food and no fried/spicy. But Wednesday (5Feb) I ate HDL after run still okay lah. Thursday (6Feb) also like okay, but dk why Friday (7Feb) like got fever again omg.
Heng fever subsided and I can go play JBS on Sunday (9Feb) phew. Paiseh to pangseh them 'cause its a group activity then last minute difficult find replacement.
So during the week of 10 Feb - 16 Feb I slowly recovered lo!
Finally met the doctor on 18Feb. So she went through my reports with me. A lot of things I confused XD So there's inflammation in my stomach, also gastritis that's why need Nexium to cure it. Then Vivomixx is just like 养胃 kind. Then she gave me Vitamin D and Folic Acid to consume weekly because the reports show that I lack Vitamin D and Folic Acid. Aka never eat enough vegetables. Then Iron syrup she just ask me to drink daily.
After the review, I started to include more vegetables and fruits in my diet. Green apple is my top pick. Also HL milk 'cause the Vitamin D content. Then she emailed me the recommended diet aye. Will try to follow lah but I kinda ate apple everyday until a bit sian LOL.

In summary,
- Vivomixx, Nexium and Maxiron consume daily
- Vitamin D and Folic Acid consume once a week
- 3 months later blood test and review
- August need gastroscopy again
- 2026 need colonoscopy again
