Day 253.

Ocular migraine is something new that appeared last week.
Thursday around 4plus ah suddenly I see my vision got one patch of shattered glass.
I thought my screen spoil or specs spoil.
Then I got xiao panic a bit but cuz working hours so despite cannot see properly I can still google my condition.
Then I read dao what I experiencing now, will follow up with migraine
So I thought like ok what could happen.
Then after 10mins or so vision back to normal then tong until 6 go home.
Lol when I go home then the migraine come.
Wah that pain ah I never experience before LOL
Didn’t know so pain.
Scale 8 or 9 / 10
Thought I gonna die but yah at that point I was thinking just tank only wun die one.
So yah after about an hour ah pain scale drop to 3 or 4.
Then Friday went work normally just still pain lah
Then Sat went to check eye.
Cuz first time tio distorted vision of course scared lah
So check liao better.
Then doc say my eyes very healthy.
I ask I wear contacts, he say does not affect my eyes.
Then of course I happy LOL
But the migraine effect still stay in my head lah.
Like I see com see phone will feel that ache.
Then my weekends literally just play guitar lol.
I need an activity that no need eyes rofl.
But then this migraine also affect dao my concentration.
My guitar I keep 抓不到拍
‘Cause people who play music with me will know my timing zhun one.
Can play drums de if timing buay zhun is a joke yah.
So if I cannot catch timing, will feel xiao sad lah.
But ok lah I that day train like a few times then catch dao liao
Then not so sad rofl
I keep sleeping also.
These weekends sleep and play guitar.
Thought Monday ok le but no.
I took mc.
Because the pain still in the head gosh.
Then still got one thing damn suay.
